Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions on this page confirm that you will be subject to the agreement stated in the contract for the rental of the villa.

A. A deposit of £200 is required as a security deposit in the event of any damage to the villa and the property. If there is no damage to the property on departure then the deposit will be returned in full. Any damages or breakages and the deposit will be reduced by the cost of the damaged items. A standard charge of £150 will be needed to cover the cleaning costs, the rest of the deposit will be refunded pending on if any breakage or damage has taken place.

B. For securing your booking you need to provide an initial booking fee of 30%, the outstanding balance we would need to receive 5 weeks before you arrive. If you plan to book with 2 weeks or less before the entry date then we would require full payment before you arrive.

C. The rental covers the electricity, water, towels, linen, gas, central heating but does not include the cleaning service. We do not provide a car for you to use, we do suggest you look at vehicle rental from car hire Spain, this is to be arranged by yourself as and when you need, but is not covered in the rental.

D. The maximum number of people allowed is no more than 12 guests, no pets are allowed on any part of the property and no smoking is allowed.

F. If the dates and the availability you require are not available then if you have paid a deposit then it would be refunded to you or suitable alternative dates will be found on request. We cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions and travel arrangements that may result in you having to cancel your booking.

G. We will advise you on your rental if you make us aware of any changes to the booking, any changes made and we are not notified we cannot be held responsible for the outcome.

H. Any complaints or suggestions about the property or the rental should be made to the key holder you met on the day you arrive.

J. You are also responsible for the saftely at the pool area, this includes child safety when swimming and the use of safety gear for both children and adults. Accidents caused by complacency or negligence is entirely your responsibility.

Cancelled Bookings

Any booking cancelled that is more than 90 days before the start day will be charged 25% of the booking value.

Any booking cancelled between the 90 days and 30 days before arrival day is charged 50% of the booking value.

Any booking cancelled within the 30 days before the arrival day is charged 100% of the booking value.
